Business Intelligence Developer

Job Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on with a full Business Intelligence stack using StreamSets and Informatica in an HR Domain.
- Development of queries and transformations with SQL, build pipelines within StreamSets, Informatica and scripts, preferably within Snowflake.
- Database performance tuning.
- Lead team members to enhance their ETL skills and for support transition. Standardizing team on Best Practices around StreamSets/Informatica /Snowflake driven implementations
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, specifically data residing in data warehouses.
- Participate in Fit/Gap analysis, data migration activities and designing integrations with internal/ external systems.
- Document as-is/to-be process flows, system configurations and technical/ functional design specifications.
- Provide expert advice and design inputs in the areas of Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, Data Marts, Data Governance, and Security.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years overall experience with 3+ years working in an HR domain.
- 5+ years of data modeling, including relational MS SQL, Star (OBI) and Snowflake schemas.
- 3+ years with semantic layer design and StreamSets & Informatica development.
- Solid SQL, relational databases, and normalization.
- Query and reporting analysis tools.
- Resolving data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
